Can't wait to get back to live music events in the New Year? Neither can we!

 

We're all missing gigs after such a long time without them, and at 365 HQ we've got everything crossed that live music will be making a comeback in 2021.

 

Some of Bristol and Bath's best-loved stages are expecting to be able to host their first events in a long time next year, and it's up to us as live music fans to go along and show some love for our favourite venues after such a long period of closure.

 

The Bath Forum are already working on a stellar live schedule for 2021, with an array of top-notch musicians already confirmed to perform. Read on for a quick rundown of our favourites and book your tickets while you can.

 

 

Gabrielle | Thursday 25 November 2021

 

Renowned singer-songwriter Gabrielle will be performing live at the Bath Forum on Thursday 25 November 2021, ready to make her eagerly-awaited return to the stage as part of an extensive UK tour.

 

Having initially gained notoriety in the mid-to-late 90s, Gabrielle released arguably the best-loved record of her career, Rise, in 2000. The album reached Number One in the UK Albums Chart, where it stayed for three weeks.

 

More recently, Gabrielle released her sixth studio album, Under My Skin, in 2018, 25 years on from her debut single. She'll be performing her full back catalogue on stage in Bath in 2021 - find out more and book your tickets here.

Katherine Jenkins | Saturday 27 November 2021

 

Esteemed Welsh mezzo-soprano Katherine Jenkins will be performing live at the Bath Forum on Saturday 27 November 2021, going on the road in support of her latest album, Cinema Paradiso, released earlier this year.

 

Having won a wide range of awards, performed on iconic stages around the world and worked alongside an array of charities during her career, Jenkins is undoubtedly one of the UK's leading operatic artists.

Jools Holland and his Rhythm and Blues Orchestra | Thursday 9 December 2021

 

British television and musical icon Jools Holland will be stopping in Bath next Autumn as part of an upcoming run of shows alongside his revered Rhythm and Blues Orchestra.

 

Set to play The Forum on Thursday 9 December during an extensive run of shows, Holland will be borrowing from his seemingly bottomless trove of styles and influences to create a truly unique and thoroughly authentic live experience.

 

With Holland at the helm on his piano, the Rhythm and Blues Orchestra is made up of 20 musicians playing the organ, drums, electric guitar, bass guitar, alto saxophone, tenor saxophone, baritone saxophone, trumpet, and trombone.

Jethro Tull | Friday 17 September 2021

 

Jethro Tull will be performing live at the Bath Forum on Friday 17 September 2021.

 

Jethro Tull are a British rock band formed in Blackpool in 1967. Initially playing blues rock and jazz fusion, the band later developed their sound to incorporate elements of hard rock and folk to forge a progressive rock signature. 

 

The band have sold an estimated 60 million albums worldwide, with 11 gold and five platinum albums among them, described by Rolling Stone as "one of the most commercially successful and eccentric progressive rock bands" of all time.

Paloma Faith | Tuesday 12 October 2021

 

Paloma Faith will be performing live at the Bath Forum on Tuesday 12 October 2021.

 

Known for a bold retro look and flamboyant stage persona, Paloma Faith’s music is a shining blend of soul and pop. The glamorous Hackney-born artist got her start in music by mimicking legendary soul singers like Etta James and Billie Holiday, whose songs hugely inspired her own work.
