The Lemonheads' latest album, Varshons II - out now.

Formed in the mid-to-late 80s, The Lemonheads' popularity soared in the US before the turn of the century following positive receptions to their six studio album releases. The band's nine-year hiatus was ended in 2005 when founding member Evan Dando recruited a live lineup that has seen various members come and go between then and the present day. Dando and co. are touring in the UK in support of their latest album, Varshons II, which was released on 8th February.

The American outfit's Bristol show will be the penultimate performance of their nine-date 2019 UK tour, which will also see them touch down in Glasgow, Newcastle, Manchester, Leeds, Cambridge, Birmingham and Southampton before their final show at the O2 Forum in Kentish Town, London on Tuesday 19th February.

Providing support on the night will be fellow US rockers HeyRocco. With their grunge-kissed debut having been a perfect combination of part-Weezer, part-Pumpkins and part-Dinosaur Jr, the band are returning to the UK for the first time since the release of their debut album 'Teenage Movie Soundtrack' in 2015.

Tickets for The Lemonheads live at SWX Bristol on Monday 18th February are on sale now and can be found here. For more information or to follow tour updates, visit The Lemonheads' official website or check out their Facebook page.
