Posted on: 17 Jan 2019

The marvellous music of Cole Porter will be celebrated in true style when Jazz Dames 4 perform at Bristol's Redgrave Theatre on Saturday 19th January 2019.
Led by Musical Director and world-renowned jazz pianist Dave Newton, the well-honed warbling dames in question will be Lucy Moon, Tammy Payne, Ruth Hammond, Katya Gorrie and Louis Victoria Hunt.

Also joining in the fun celebrating musical theatre's arguably most famous composer and performer will be special guest Alan Barnes, making it a tune-singing, hits-belting, music-making festival of fabulous arrangements and unforgettable songs.

It's part of this year's Bristol Jazz and Blues Festival Winter Concert series which is aimed at raising the profile and popping a few pennies in the coffers for the upcoming March 2019 sonic feast of jazz and blues music.

The show starts at 8pm. Tickets costs £20, £18 for students (plus booking fee) and can be purchased here.
