Posted on: 10 Jan 2019It's a pairing that re-defines the word 'epic' in terms of both collaboration and food/drink combo. Yep, Wild Beer Co. has joined forces with CARGO Cantina for its thirst-quenching, food-chomping Beer & Tacos evening on Wednesday 16th January 2019.
Dispelling the ridiculous notion that we're just too full to gorge and quaff any more after Crimbo's heavy, baggy excesses, these guys have formed a dynamic duo of food and drink nirvana that surely has to rank as one of the new year's calendar highlights.
Expect then, the likes of beef brisket with drunken salsa and red onion taco with Bibble; courgette and pipian taco with tepache; and smoked morcilla tostada with roasted pepper salsa with smoked Nd barrels.
