Having been writing and playing the guitar since he was sixteen, Jack Savoretti's unique brand of storytelling has earned him widespread acclaim as well as a devoted following in all corners of the globe. Since 2007 he's released five full-length studio albums - 2016's Sleep No More the most recent - and a sixth is on the way in 2019.

Titled Singing To Strangers, Savoretti's latest project was recorded at Ennio Morricone's Rome studio during this year's long, hot summer. The 12-track album, set for release on 22nd March, features Jack's renowned live band and counts the likes of Bob Dylan and Kylie Minogue among its contributors.

As for the origin of the album title, Jack explains "that's my job - I sing to strangers. That's what I've spent most of my life doing. Where friends and family are already on side, strangers need convincing and you need to build that connection."

In support of the album, Savoretti has recently announced a short UK & Ireland tour for May and June 2019. Kicking off at Glasgow's O2 Academy on Thursday 23rd May, the tour will take him on to Belfast, Dublin, Manchester and London in the following days, before a two-week break during the buildup to what is sure to be an incredible performance at the Westonbirt Arboretum in Gloucester.

Tickets for Jack Savoretti's 2019 UK & Ireland tour go on sale on Friday 23rd November 2018 and can be found here. For more information on Jack Savoretti or to listen to his music, visit his website or check out his Facebook page.
