Posted on: 20 Nov 2018The exciting, inaugural Fair Saturday Bristol will take place at various venues around the city on Saturday 24th November 2018.
Actually, it's even more exciting than exciting, as we're the very first city in England to celebrate the day, which will bring together artists and performers to raise awareness of a multitude of social issues and causes - primarily what it means to be a fair society and the part we can all play to support local, important social concerns.
It all began in 2014 in Spain, but Fair Saturday has gone on to conquer the globe with events taking place in more than 100 cities across the world.
A range of events will unfold across the city all over the weekend, taking in such eclectic escapades as an orchestra in a nightclub, art on a plate at Spike Island, and a choir warbling away in a museum.
Loads of the events are free, and any donations will go towards a raft of worthwhile Bristol causes and charities.
