The sun sets over the beautiful Gottwood site.

As countless UK festivals change year on year, Gottwood is one that has maintained their unique formula since their early days. Putting a huge emphasis on the 'Gottwood Family' - the collection of organisers, DJs and punters that make the festival so special every year - is what allows Gottwood to maintain its beloved character and atmosphere year on year, keeping people coming back for more and attracting huge numbers of first-timers, too.

Gottwood's biggest selling point is surely its focus on the music, splitting some of the biggest names in underground dance music between ten stages and four days on a site centred around a picturesque lake and country house in Carreglwyd, Anglesey. This year saw the likes of Andrew Weatherall, Hunee, Jackmaster, Palms Trax, Mr Scruff, Craig Richards and over 100 other artists treat crowds to an eclectic mix of house, techno, disco, drum n bass, electro and much more in June, and the 2019 tenth birthday celebration is expected to draw an even bigger cast to North Wales to mark the occasion.

Tickets for the Gottwood 2019 10th Birthday are on sale from 9am tomorrow (Thursday 1st November), starting at £120 plus booking fee at the first tier. As always, the Gottwood team have taken notice of the family's feedback and once again stuck to their intimate 5,000 capacity. Like most years before it, Gottwood 2019 is expected to sell out well in advance of the festival - be sure to set your alarm for this one!
