Musical duo Stuart McCallum and Ríoghnach Connolly - otherwise known as The Breath - will perform at Trinity Centre in Bristol on Thursday 1st November 2018.

The Breath

Guitarist McCallum and singer, lyricist and flautist Connolly are known for their intoxicating blend of Irish folk, anthemic songs and astonishing guitar riffs, and this gig has all the hallmarks of being one of the musical highlights at the venue this year.

Hailing from Manchester and with the release of their new album Let the Cards Fall something to celebrate, their sonic perambulations sweep the listener from beautiful storytelling to air-punching tunes. Emoting themes of first love, alienation, grief and injustice, their songs juxtapose understated elegance with gutsy brio.

The Breath

The gig runs from 7pm to 11pm. Ticket prices are £9, £12 and £15 (plus booking fee) and can be snapped up here.

Trinity Centre is located at Trinity Road, Bristol, BS2 0NW.  Tel. 0117 935 1200
