Life. It's a stressful ol' thing, isn't it? So, if the race of modern living is all too frantic and the hullabaloo of the daily grind is proving too much, now's the perfect chance to unwind, chill and take part in the Meditation For Everyday Life at St Werburghs Community Centre in Bristol on Tuesday 18th September 2018.

Meditation classes every Tuesday
The class - actually one in a series of ongoing weekly sessions throughout September and October - will adopt various meditation techniques that will reduce stress levels, improve your sleep and help you face the challenges of daily life in this frenetic, relentless contemporary society.

Through regular learning, practise and experience, you can filter out all the manic madness of all the modern worldly chaos and take some 'you' time out to better deal with situations in a calmer, more pragmatic, level-headed and stress-free fashion.

Free of charge and suitable for everyone, the sessions run for an hour from 7.30pm to 8.30pm. Other classes will take place at the same time on 25th September, 2nd and 9th October.  You can find out more here

St. Werburghs Community Centre is located on Horley Road, Bristol, BS2 9TJ.  Tel. 07917 420088.
