Whisky Bristol Underground

This year's event, which will run from 12pm midday to 5pm, will see more than 20 exhibitors, 200 varieties of whisky, a range of unique masterclasses and collaborations and some fantastic food vendors set up at The Loco Klub. Some of the world's best-known brands will be in attendance, as well as independent bottlers and local experts - whether you're a bona fide connoisseur or a relative newcomer, you'll have a blast!

Tickets for this year's Whisky Bristol Underground are being sold in categories, with General Admission, Whisky Clubs tickets, individual masterclass tickets and more available. General Admission is available at a price of £35 per person, which includes entry to the festival and a chance to taste all of the drams on site. You'll also receive a 'Dream Dram' token, a festival brochure and a free glass.

As well as that, the organisers have put together four unmissable masterclasses this year. Kick things off with a Beginners Guide and refresh yourself on the best way to nose and taste whisky. Learn how to appreciate and identify individual flavours in full to allow yourself to make the most of the day ahead.

The Beginners Guide will be followed up by An Asian Compendium, during which attendees will be able to explore a full range of complex Asian whiskies, with Brand Ambassador Stef Holt taking you through Nikka, Kavalan and Amrut whiskies from 1pm-2pm.

Other masterclasses include Cigars and Whisky, which is fairly self-explanatory but offers attendees the chance to try a very special pairing of Davidoff Cigars and Murray McDavid whisky, with the final masterclass taking place from 3pm-4pm in the form of A Passion For Peat - a chance to sample Laphroaig, Bowmore and Highland Park. Tickets for each of the four masterclasses are sold separately, and the whole event is, obviously, for over-18s only.
