Garbage will headline Friday's show as the Bristol Skyline Series enters its final weekend of 2018.

Garbage formed in 1993 and their self-titled debut album released in 1995 garnered mainstream success. Since then, the band have sold over 17 million records and are also famous for creating the theme to the 1999 James Bond film The World Is Not Enough. After going on hiatus in 2005, the band – led by charismatic Scottish singer Shirley Manson – returned in 2010 and have some huge UK live dates lined up for 2018, including two Skyline Series shows in Bristol and Birmingham, and two nights at Brixton Academy.

Main support on the night comes from The Horrors, an English rock band formed in Southend-on-Sea in 2005, consisting of lead vocalist Faris Badwan, guitarist Joshua Hayward, keyboardist and synthesiser player Tom Cowan (also known as Tom Furse), bassist Rhys Webb, and drummer and percussionist Joe Spurgeon. Most recently, the band played Bristol as a headliner during the Dot To Dot festival in May.

Honeyblood are a Scottish rock duo who formed in Glasgow, Scotland in 2012. Their self-titled debut album was released in 2014 and led to them securing support slots on stadium shows with Foo Fighters, as well as slots at major festivals including T in The Park and SXSW. Their sophomore album Babes Never Die was released in 2016 to critical acclaim.

Rounding off the weekend on Sunday 9 September are The The, who recently stormed the Royal Albert Hall for their first shows in over 17 years. Support comes from Field Music for a show which also takes place at Ashton Gate.

Tickets for Garbage live at Ashton Gate Stadium on Friday 7th November are still available online and can be found here. For more information, check out the band's Facebook page or the Skyline Series website.
