Good vibes only at Broken Dock's Soul Festival this Saturday 1st September

Posted on: 30 Aug 2018

Broken Dock Kitchen & Bar in Bristol will be holding a not-to-be-missed Soul Festival on Saturday 1st September 2018. The independent, award-winning venue on the city's historic harbourside will be spinning top-notch tunes during their all-day party from midday until 10pm for a full-on feast of cool grooves from some of the region's finest Soul DJ's.

Broken Dock's Soul Festival will be taking place all day on Saturday 1st September.

Already confirmed to spin the vinyl are Mike Ashley (Soul Freedom) and Paul Alexander (Soul Connoissuer Collections) and there are plenty more to be announced for a day of pure soul indulgence covering Nu Soul, Re-edits, Rare Groove, Neo Soul, Underplayed Soul and Jazz Funk.

Take a seat on their terrace, soak up the sun (capricious Brit weather permitting, naturally), sip a beer or five and enjoy the chill-out, mellow Saturday soundtrack of jazz and rhythm and blues at one of Bristol's coolest venues.

For more information on Broken Dock or to find out what else is coming up at the bar in the future, check out their website, visit their Facebook page or contact the team on 0117 325 0898. Broken Dock is located at Unit 2 Invictor, Millenium Promenade, Bristol, BS1 5SY.
