Wet Wet Wet guitarist Graeme Clark will take to the stage of The Tunnels in Bristol on Sunday 2nd September 2018.

Part of the Scottish band which had a slew of UK chart hits in the 1980s and 1990s (who can forget the immortal Love is All Around?), Clark is nevertheless no stranger to taking to the stage on his lonesome, and his stop off at the venue forms part of his current UK tour.

Having performed to audiences solo concurrently with his gigs as part of the famous aforementioned band, it's been more than 30 years since the musician headed out on his musical escapades, crafting unforgettable tunes and lyrics for big hits such as Julia Says, Angel Eyes and Goodnight Girl.

The gig will combine songs from his personal musical repertoire, interspersed with stories and anecdotes of his own background, experiences and, inspirations, rendering appropriate the tour's subtitle of A Collection of Thoughts and Songs. He'll be joined on stage by renowned instrumentalists Stevie Lawrence on the bouzouki (a popular Greek instrument that looks and sounds a bit like a mandolin, just so you know) and violin/fiddle player Fiona Cuthill.

Tickets cost £12-£14 and can be purchased here
The Tunnels is located at 156 Lower Station Approach, Bristol, BS1 6QS. Tel. 0845 6050255
