Just in time to kickstart your appetites in advance of the Bank Holiday weekend, the Summer Food Celebration is the ideal chance to marvel in the exemplary talents of Watershed's culinary maestros for a specially curated dining experience using the finest, seasonal ingredients.
The incredible four-course menu will showcase the very best in seasonal produce for an amalgam of flavours and textures that will be as pleasing on the eye (they know how to make a dish look good, these folk) as it indubitably will be on the palate.
So, let's get your tastebuds going then. The gastronomic line-up will be courgette, ricotta, pepper crumble; seabass, polenta, tomatoes; pork, confit potatoes, peppers; all followed by strawberries, shortbread, clotted cream. Yep, sounds pretty darned good to us too.
This culinary cornucopia will kick off from 7.30pm. Tickets cost £35 and can be purchased here.
