Summer Crafty Cathedral at Bristol Cathedral throughout August 2018

Posted on: 01 Aug 2018

The summer holidays just wouldn't be the summer holidays without plenty of crafty (in the arty, not cheeky, sense) things to do to keep the city's ankle biters busy - so it's a bit of luck that the marvelous folk at Bristol Cathedral will be hosting a Summer Crafty Cathedral season all throughout August 2018.

Bristol Cathedral

From Wednesday 15th August and the following two Wednesdays after that (22nd and 29th) from 10am to 12pm, Bristol's kids will be able to get
stuck into a fun-filled mix of creative activities that will involve cutting, sticking, making and creating all manner of imaginative, arty
things.

It's best suited for whippersnappers aged 11 and under although kids of all ages are welcome, and there will be loads to enjoy including using a special explorer bag to follow the Wonderful Windows as well as the exciting Robin Route to uncover fascinating facts about the beautiful, historic and magnificent Bristol Cathedral itself. There's a suggested donation of £2 per family, with all proceeds going towards the Cathedral's ongoing education work.

You can find out more about this event and others at Bristol Cathedral here.

Bristol Cathedral is located at College Green, Bristol, BS1 5TJ.  Tel. 0117 9468184
