Bristol's rambunctious little 'uns will be able to let off some steam this Wednesday 1st August 2018 when the city's biggest free play event of the summer - Bristol Playday - takes place on College Green between 12 pm and 4 pm.

Running in conjunction to support the launch of Bristol Children's Charter, which aims to promote a positive impact on the lives of the city's youngsters, kids up to the age of the twelve accompanied by an adult will be able to take over - or should that be enthusiastically run amok?! - on College Green.

They'll be kept more than entertained with a plethora of activities including a fun wonderland, sensory play, sports, games and a special den. Catering for kids of all forms of play activity preferences - be it big, small, quiet or loud, large or in a group - there will be something for all of Bristol's little babbers to keep them busy and in ebullient high spirits for a few hours.

A family hang-out den will also be available, so everyone can have fun and bring along their own picnic to chomp on some yummy food to keep those energy levels up.

The event will be accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs, and toilets will be available in the event space. Run in partnership with Bristol City Council and Bristol Play Network, Bristol Playday - which is totally free - is a family-friendly afternoon where the city's whippersnappers and their families can enjoy themselves on one of Bristol's most beautiful green spaces.
