The Puppetry Performance is open to children aged 7-12.

The event involves a whole day of creating and performances, and is open to children aged 7-12. Puppetry in Performance will allow your kids to explore the use of puppetry as a performance style, before making their own puppets and learning how to bring them to life.

They will then get the chance to showcase their new-found puppetry skills to an audience of parents with a short performance before taking their creations home to keep.

Working on the show alongside Bristol Academy of Drama will be puppeteer Charlotte Whitten, creator of Mr Gotalot and Artistic Director of Monkey Trousers Theatre. Don't miss out!

Tickets for Bristol Academy of Drama's Puppetry in Performance workshop on Monday 30th July 2018 are on sale now and can be found here. For more information or to see what else the Bristol Academy of Drama has got coming up, visit their website or check out their Facebook page.
