Pakistan will be England's first opponents of the international season when the two sides meet in May, with the match due to be followed by five Royal London One-Day Internationals and a Vitality T20 Tournament in preparation for the ICC Cricket World Cup. England's 2019 World Cup campaign commences on 30th May with a match against South Africa.

"The announcement today comes only two weeks after we hosted a very successful England vs. India IT20 match", he continued, "and we're confident that we'll put on another great show for fans when England and Pakistan come to Bristol next year".
