Four at Watershed on Friday 25th May 2018

Posted on: 24 May 2018

Its opening gambit is simplicity itself: Four stories, four dishes, one unique dining experience - and it promises to be one of the most unforgettable nights out you'll have all year. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Four at Watershed, which takes place on Friday 25 May 2018.

When it comes to ticking those esoteric boxes, Jasmine Creusson is one of those reigning champs, combining as she does her jobs as a chef, visual artists and Pervasive Media Studio resident.  But she's creatively fused them together to create something utterly thrilling and sublime; an immersive dining experience which blends live performance, installation, projection and, naturally, plenty of scrumptious food.

This is her sophomore event of this kind which will mix a mind-blowing merger of audio-sensory-gastro highlights where you can hear and taste about growing your own food, a cheese addiction, a global journey, and some live pasta making too.

Be prepared, then, for one of the most original nights out you'll experience this year.  Tickets cost £15, which includes all the food and a drink when you get there. You can reserve your place here.

Watershed is located at 1 Canons Road, Harbourside, Bristol, BS1 5TX. Tel. 0117 927 6444
