Foxhole Gin Club at The Milk Thistle on Thursday 26th April 2018

Posted on: 25 Apr 2018

A new and delicious libation, Foxhole Gin, will get its palate-wetting premiere at The Milk Thistle in Bristol on Thursday 26th April 2018.

Combining an ethos of creativity with the all-important issue of sustainability, Foxhole was set up in 2016 by James Oag-Cooper (Bristol born and bred) and Sam Linter.  Using the valuable by-products from the Sussex grape harvest, not a drop of juice is spared as the unused juice is fermented and distilled, a process which significantly reduces any unnecessary wastage. As a result, Foxhole Gin itself is refreshing, smooth and aromatic combination of flavours which pleasingly alter according to every new vintage.

The night itself with see James and Sam regaling the origins and story of their fine drink, as well as giving you plenty of chance to sample and quaff their marvellous, balanced gin in the form of three Foxhole Gin cocktails, accompanied by a few nibbles and tasters courtesy of The Ox. You'll also be able to ask any particular gin-related questions you've been itching to know the answer to.
