Simon Munnery: Renegade Plumber at Hen & Chicken on Thursday 26th April 2018
Posted on: 24 Apr 2018Funnyman Simon Munnery will be tickling funny bones aplenty when he performs at Bristol's Hen & Chicken on Thursday 26th April 2018.
Chortle Award winner and nominee for both the British and Edinburgh Comedy Awards, the stand-up comedian will present an hour of new material that is bound to delight the city's mirth-craving masses with a set that's bound to have you rolling in the aisles.
The set will be jam-packed with the comedian's typically offbeat, irreverent schtick which will see him make jokes, sing songs and read poems along with his own idiosyncratic take on topics such as capitalism, under tent heating attempts and the infinitely perplexing problems of plumbing. Naturally.
With The Guardian describing Munnery as a "a genuine innovator" and The Times hailing his show as "convention-defying, innovative stuff", this is one Bristol comedy gig it would be seriously churlish to miss.
Comedy shenanigans kick off at 8.30pm. Tickets cost £13.50 and can be purchased here.
Hen & Chicken is located at 210 North Street, Southville, Bristol, BS3 1JF. Tel. 01275 375056
