Bowie Experience at Bristol Hippodrome 7th May 2018

This celebration of Bowie’s greatest and most-loved hits will take you on the journey that led to his distinctive and legendary sound. With many shows already sold out, this is sure to be a night not to forget!
The terribly missed David Bowie is one of the UK’s greatest music legends. He arrived onto the scene in 1969 with his first mega hit “Space Oddity” and followed this with a career that spanned decades and inspired millions with its radical style.
The extravagant costumes, wonderful stage sets and great songs involved in this production will delight both Bowie fans and those yet to experience his work (if that’s even possible!) alike. The set list will include classics such as Space Oddity, Starman, Fashion, Life on Mars, China Girl, Rebel Rebel, Golden Years, Modern Love and Let’s Dance, covering all eras of his music and taking audiences right from his early work in the 70s through to his later hits.
The show and its cast are committed to ensuring that every part of the production is entirely authentic. “We aim to faithfully recreate the sound and vision that made Bowie’s songs so timeless” says Laurence Knight, who plays Bowie in the show. "We pride ourselves on doing the music justice”. The cast (a collection of highly talented and experienced musicians) do a spectacular job of showcasing Bowie’s work and multiple distinguished personas, with their passion for his music clearly shown through their performance.
