Source Oyster Festival from Thursday 19th to Saturday 21st April 2018Posted on: 14 Apr 2018
Source Cafe, situated in the charming, bustling Old City locale of Bristol's historic St Nicholas Market, will be hosting its Oyster Festival from Thursday 19th to Saturday 21st April 2018.
From 8am - so yep, it's a treat for the oyster loving early risers amongst you - there will be a selection of at least six varieties of these salt-walter molluscs available for you to gulp and enjoy. A mix of cooked dishes will also be available as well as a regular stream of Bloody Mary oyster shooters.
On the Friday, the venue will be staying open late specially in celebration of these often polarizing treats for an evening that bears all the hallmarks of being a hedonistically indulgent oyster-slurping orgy.
Source Food Hall & Cafe offers the finest, freshest produce from a seasonally changing menu, selling the very best in meat, fish, poultry, game, fruit and veg and cheese, and a delectable selection of cakes and savouries.
