Menu announced for Pub in the Park in Bath this June

Tom Kerridge joins forces with Peter Sanchez-Inglesias, Angela Hartnett, and Andrew Pern to bring a delightfully delectable menu to Bath this summer. On 8th-10th June Pub in the Park comes to Royal Victoria Park.

Hosted by Tom Kerridge, Pub in the Park brings together Britain's very best chefs and their food along with music and shopping for the ultimate festival. There promises to be something for everyone.

A number of gastropub pop-ups will be on site including Tom’s own restaurant The Hand and Flowers, the first pub ever to be awarded two Michelin stars. Also featuring at Pub in The Park is The Coach which opened in 2014 and was awarded a Michelin star in this year's guide. Tom’s dishes include a mouthwatering and comforting beef biltong chilli with Montgomery cheddar.

Joining Tom is Bristol’s own Peter Sanchez-Ingelsias whose one Michelin star restaurant Casamia is rated number 10 in the Good Food Guide 2018. Peter will be presenting food from Paco Tapas which was awarded a Michelin star in the 2018 Michelin Guide. The pop-up menu features Jamon Croquetas and Duroc Pork Ribs.

Angela Hartnett MBE will be serving up a number of Italian style dishes from her restaurant Cafe Murano including a vegan Tuscan salad, Panzenella. Andrew Pern from The Star Inn brings us delicious classics with a twist including Pan-fried Foie Gras Toad In The Hole and Deep-fried North Sea Fish ‘Tattie Dab’ with mushy peas.

Other chefs who’ll be joining Tom at Pub in Park include Josh Eggleton from Chew Valley’s multi-award winning Pony & Trap along with Paul Ainsworth, Stephen Terry, Emily Watkins, Ping Coombes, Michael Caines and winner of 2016 Great British Bake Off Candice Brown.

The menus from a number of other pub pop-ups are yet to be released so watch this space.
