Ministry's Amerikkkant - their fourteenth studio album - is out on Friday 9th March 2018.

Since starting out in the 1980s in Chicago, Ministry's politically-charged brand of metal has won them thousands of fans both in their native USA and around the world. Originally a synth-pop outfit, they quickly shifted their focus and started producing the sort of sound they're renowned for today.

Starting on 17th July at Nottingham's Rock City, Ministry will go on to perform in Glasgow, Manchester, London, Belfast and Dublin before the final show of the tour at Bristol's SWX on Wednesday 25th. Expect the band to play the best tracks of their acclaimed back catalogue, as well as a selection of tracks from their brand-new album, Amerikkkant.

The album is the fourteenth studio offering of the band's illustrious career, and is due for release on Friday 9th March. The band have already released two singles from the album - Wargasm and Antifa - which are said to be rooted in frontman Al Jorgensen's "unadulterated anger for what's happening in America today".

Providing the support for Ministry on the tour will be American singer-songwriter Chelsea Wolfe, who herself launched an album just last year. Expect a unique blend of gothic rock and folk music, with elements of electronica and heavy metal.

Tickets for Ministry live at SWX Bristol are on sale now and can be found here. For more information and to follow tour updates, visit the band's official website or check out their Facebook page.
