Dad's Army Radio Hour is scheduled for a one-off performance at The Redgrave Theatre on Monday 26th March 2018.

Acclaimed singer and comedienne Liza Pulman is set to take the stage at The Redgrave on Sunday 26th March, making a return to the theatre circuit with her new show, Liza Sings Streisand. This is no Stars in Their Eyes, no Channel 5 biopic - this is the quintessentially sassy Liza weaving history, humour and harmony together as she celebrates the songs of the great Barbra Streisand.

Liza's incredible vocals will be backed up by her very own six-piece band, The Stardust Ensemble. Also accompanied by renowned musical director Joseph Atkins, let Pulman and Co. bring you glorious new arrangements and orchestrations of the now-legendary Streisand songs. Expect classics such as Evergreen, The Way We Were, New York State of Mind, Second Hand Rose and many more in the 90-minute show.

On Monday 26th March, The Dad's Army Radio Hour will provide a unique and brilliant staging of classic radio scripts, based on favourite episodes from the much-loved original Dad's Army TV series. Celebrating 50 years of Perry & Croft's beloved sitcom, the show recently won the Gold Best One-Liner Award with the immortal words, "Don't tell him, Pike!"

Starring double Fringe First Award-winner David Benson (star of Think No Evil Of Us: My Life With Kenneth Williams) and Jack Lane (Wisdom of a Fool) playing 25 characters between them, Dad's Army Radio Hour presents all your favourite lines, cherished personas and great feats of vocal impersonation!

The two shows join a fantastic and varied lineup of performances scheduled at The Redgrave Theatre in 2018. Click here for a full rundown of what's to come.
