This year's Super Bowl sees reigning champions the New England Patriots take on the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday 4th February - see below for the lowdown on this year's Championship game as well as a list of the best spots in Bristol to watch the action unfold!
The New England Patriots, despite being the pundits' favourites in many cases, have undoubtedly been cast as the pantomime villains this year. No strangers to controversy and scandal in recent years, the Patriots are a driving force in the NFL, lifting the trophy in six of their eight previous Super Bowl appearances. All-star Quarterback Tom Brady and veteran Head Coach Bill Belicheck are still leading the Boston-based franchise, but are both in the latter stages of their careers, and may be looking to bow out in style with a win at Super Bowl 52.
Certainly the underdogs this year, the Philadelphia Eagles will still provide stern opposition this weekend, with some expecting them to have enough in the tank to take home the title. The Eagles will be looking to win their first-ever Super Bowl Championship title, as well as avenging the result last time these two teams met in the NFL's biggest fixture - a 24-21 loss back in 2005.
