Kwanzaa? What's that?, we hear you cry. Well, let us enlightened folk at this esteemed organ illuminate you. Kwanzaa is an African Harvest Festival, celebrated in December and based on traditional African values such as unity and creativity.

Held as part of Black History Month and Bristol Family Arts Festival, there will be plenty of activities to take part in including making a Kwanzaa Altar, candles, and traditional cards and mat, as well as discovering more about the rich and diverse African culture through workshops and quizzes.

This event takes place from 11am - 3pm. It's free, and donations are welcome.
