Join Bristol band Yo No Se in the follow up to their anticipated album launch. The gig takes place in the perfect venue for a grunge night, The Trap, located underneath The Crown pub.

The album Soma was recorded and mixed at Bristol’s favourite Malthouse Recording Studios by Dominic Mitchison. The mastering was done by grunge godfather Jack Endino who recorded such masterpieces as Nirvana ‘Bleach’ and Soundgarden ’Screaming Life’.

Yo No Se was formed from the ashes of The Bad Joke That Ended Well and Factotum. Long term collaborators Al Studer and Jason Strickland teamed up with powerhouse drummer Sam Rowswell to complete the trio. Sam has since left and been replaced by Thom Elgie from legendary Bristol band Gonga (official).

The Trap is the newest addition to the Crown Pub. Allowing a capacity of an intimate 100, it is a cubby-hole turned live music venue, and has been transformed into a home for alternative night goers. With special and niche events and nights on every Friday and Saturday.

This tucked-away venue blends the traditional with the alternative to create one of Bristol’s must-visit locations. Up- stairs you can find its big brother, The Crown Pub. Both feature new local craft beers, ciders and in the winter months mulled ciders.

One for the psych-grunge heads; expect a highly charged, throat-shredding show.
