Twit Twoo, indeed - Owl Prowl will take place on the Downs this Thursday 19th October 2017 from 7.30pm - 9.30pm.

Guided by owl specialist Ian McGuire - a man passionately enthusiastic and impressively erudite in the world of all things owl-related - you'll spend a few hours on the Downs absorbing plenty of fascinating info and facts about these magnificent birds of prey.

Owl Prowl Bristol

There are around 200 species of owl, most of which are nocturnal and identified with characteristics that include binocular vision, sharp talons and feathers specially adapted for silent flight. With any luck, some of them will put in an appearance on the night as well.
