Budding Bristol entertainers had better start brushing up on their acts pronto as auditions for Britain's Got Talent take place at Smoke & Mirrors on Wednesday 11th October 2017. From 7pm onwards the heat for the country's next variety act is most definitely on for a series of preliminary auditions that could very well be the stepping stone for bigger and better things, namely fame and fortune.

BGT auditions at Smoke and MirrorsBritain's Got Talent is one of the best-loved and most popular entertainment shows in the country and sees the diminutive comedy duo, Ant and Dec, team up with judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams to pick the creme de la creme of the UK's top entertainers.

The talented champion will receive the not-inconsiderable cash prize of £250,000 and a starring slot on prestigious The Royal Variety Performance. So if you've got the voice of an angel, can belt out a stirring Frank Sinatra medley, have trained your dog to perform death-defying stunts, can wow a crowd with your magic act, or have finally mastered that particularly difficult ping-pong ball trick, now's your chance to go on that all-important journey and live the dream.

Filming will also take place throughout the night and under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
