Punk Rock Yoga at The Exchange on Saturday 7th October 2017

Posted on: 03 Oct 2017

Punk Rock Yoga continues its four-week run at The Exchange in Bristol this Saturday 7th October 2017.

Sure, it might have kicked off at the end of September, but there are still a few more weeks to go - and that means you can take part in this ingenious spin on the traditional and (let's face it) slightly boring yoga.

Whether you're a seasoned yoga devotee or never attempted it before in your life, these sessions - which take place in the venue's live room - are a great chance to try something different, have a crack at something new, or even work off Friday's night's alcoholic over-indulgences.

Mats are provided and everyone's welcome, plus the cafe will be open for refreshments afterwards.

The Exchange is located at 72-73 Old Market, Bristol, BS2 0EJ
