Bristol City welcome Premier League side Crystal Palace to Ashton Gate for their Carabao Cup Fourth Round clash on Tuesday 24th October 2017.

Having already seen off two other Premier League outfits in the form of Watford and Stoke City on their way to the fourth round, The Robins face arguably their toughest challenge yet in the form of Roy Hodgson's Crystal Palace.

Desperate to impress under new manager Hodgson following a poor start to the season, Palace are expected to field a strong starting lineup at Ashton Gate, potentially involving star players Christian Benteke, Andros Townsend and Wilfried Zaha. The South London side currently sit rock bottom of the Premier League and are yet to register a goal this season. Former manager Frank de Boer was sacked after just six games and former England boss Hodgson is the man tasked with turning things around at Selhurst Park.

City, meanwhile, have enjoyed a great start to their 2017/18 season, and find themselves just outside the Championship playoff places to compliment their Carabao Cup progression. Having reached the same stage last season, The Robins were knocked out of the competition in the fourth round, losing 2-1 to Hull City. They will be hoping use their momentum to reach this year's Quarter Finals and make it three wins out of three against Premier League opposition.

Tickets for this fixture are on sale now to ticket season holders and members, while general sale tickets are available from 4th October. To purchase tickets online visit the Bristol Sport ticket office, or to buy over the phone contact the box office on 0117 963 0600.
