A multi-award winning internationally acclaimed piece of theatre called Slava’s Snow Show is coming to the Bristol Hippodrome from the 28th of November until the 2nd of December.

Slava

This show is produced by Matthew Gale and Mark Goucher and it’s returning to the UK after being extremely well received in the past. It’s said to be visually stunning and the production is performed by a world-renowned company of clowns led by Slava Polunin, who is the Artistic Director of the St Petersburg Circus.

 

Slava and his company have been influenced by artists such as Chaplin, Marcel Marceau and Engibarov and have created a triumphant show that has delighted many families across the world. Children above 8 years old is the recommendation for the audience and little ones under three will not be allowed into the show.

 

It had its UK premiere at the Edinburgh Festival in 1994 and has been performed in 80 cities around the world, including New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Rome, Hong Kong, Rio de Janeiro and Moscow.

 

It’s won many awards, including the Time Out, Olivier and Drama Desk awards for most unique theatrical experience. It’s also won an Olivier Award for Best Entertainment during its run at the Old Vic in 1998.
