Experience a taste of The Lebanon at Spike Island on Friday 22nd September 2017
Posted on: 20 Sep 2017Spike Island presents the fourth offering in their series of cooking demos and dinners in partnership with The Square Food Foundation: A Taste of The Lebanon.
Barny Haughton and the Square Food team bring you a live cookery demonstration alongside a story from The Lebanon, followed by dinner with some delicious Lebanese wines. Tickets cost £25 per person for the event on Friday 22nd September and these can be purchased here.
On the menu:
Fatoush, Baba Ghannuj, Fresh Halloumi and Sea Bream Man' Oush (Flatbread)
Slow-roast Shoulder of Goat with Yoghurt, Rice and Vegetables

Maghmour (Lebanese Vegetable Moussaka)
Spiced Cookies with Plums
