Canadian four-piece Barenaked Ladies have announced an eight-part UK tour for 2018, with Bristol's Colston Hall their sixth stop-off on 24th April.

The band bring their eclectic mix of folk and pop-rock to Bristol to coincide with the release of their new album 'Fake Nudes', due out on 17th November this year.

Having enjoyed huge popularity in their native Canada, Barenaked Ladies have since earned international acclaim with hits like 'One Week' and 'It's All Been Done'. Having formed in 1988, 'Fake Nudes' will be the band's sixteenth studio release as they continue to encompass and experiment with a wide variety of styles.

The UK tour comes off the back of a bumper tour around their home country, with tickets expected to sell quickly. Not only this, Barenaked Ladies have recently announced a very special collaboration with the legendary “Kings of A cappella” The Persuasions, with an album titled, Ladies And Gentlemen: Barenaked Ladies And The Persuasions to be released April 14, 2017. The album features 14 tracks re-imagined Barenaked Ladies’ award-winning catalogue and the classic ‘Good Times’. The band recorded the album live off the floor with The Persuasions in 2016 in Toronto.

Tickets for Barenaked Ladies at Bristol's Colston hall start at £32.45 (including booking fee) and can be bought here.

Colston Hall is one of Bristol's leading live music venues and is located on Colston Street, Bristol BS1 5AR. For more information visit their website or call 0117 203 4040.
