Posted on: 06 Sep 2017

Colston Hall continues its forever popular, ongoing series of free foyer performances on Friday 15th September 2017 when the mutli-talented musical trio Groovelator take to stage.

With John-Paul Gard on organ, Mark Lawrence on guitar and Tom Gilkes on drums, the accomplished versatility of this tune-playing triumvirate is nothing short of astonishing.

Be it pitch-perfect, spot-on renderings of soul classics or pop hits, or more eclectic renditions of blues, funk or organ-heavy blues, this is a unique triptych of performers whose combined talents create the perfect Friday night blend of effortless musicianship, funky vibes and bucket fulls of that promised, titular groove.

The performance kicks off at 6.15pm. Have a listen the trio's cool, mellow sonic stylings here
