Led by professional singers and seasoned conductors, Douglas V. Watts and Jessica Samuel you can see the professionalism and excitement oozes from every bit of this Bristol Choir. Douglas V. Watts is a music graduate of The University of Bristol and studied vocal performance under internationally renowned opera singers Christopher Gillett & Jeffrey Howard, in Musical Theatre performance with Andy Reiss of Beyond the Barricade and in conducting under Jonathan James.

Jessica Samuel of BSC has worked professionally as a singer and performer across the UK and abroad, on board cruise ships, touring nationally with critically acclaimed vintage trio, The Harmonettes and in many shows including Romeo & Juliet, Sweeney Todd and Sleeping Beauty.

Bristol Show Choir sing songs and give breathtaking performances from amazing musicals such as, Wicked, Avenue Q, Hairspray, Matilda, Chicago, Les Miserables, Rent, A Chorus Line, Songs From a New World, Dreamgirls , Motown the Musical and many more!

There are no auditions, but a basic understanding of musical theory always proves to be really helpful. Mostly, though, we just ask you to bring your passion for musical theatre! We also like to throw in the odd dance move here or there or be prepared to get your dancing shoes on!  The group have even been lucky enough to perform at Bristol Hippodrome in April and cannot wait to see what lies next for them.
