Calling all aces, engineers and aircraft enthusiasts: the Woodspring Wings Model Aircraft Club Show is to take place over the first weekend in July (1st and 2nd), when over 5,000 visitors will congregate near Bristol to watch two full days of model aircraft displays.

Woodspring Wings

Is it a bird? Is it a plane? Is it somewhere in between?

Find out at the Woodspring Wings Show, taking place over the weekend of the 1st-2nd July,  when scores of (bird-sized) model aeroplanes will take to the skies just outside Bristol.

The show is the largest model aircraft gathering in the South West, having attracted around 5000 visitors every year since its inception in 1989. Located on the 21 acres owned by Woodspring Wings near Yatton in the Somerset Levels, the show will have plenty of room to contain the massive hub of activity - whether you’re a hardened pilot or an airborne amateur, this is a great weekend out!

Tickets are available on the door, costing £10 for adults while children under 16 go free. For more information, head to the show's website.
