As Bristol’s bumper summer programme starts to take shape, announcements are arriving in earnest, telling of the bands who will play its festivals. Dot to Dot is the latest to unveil its line-up, courtesy of today’s initial proclamation.

Summery indie-poppers Sundara Karma (above), raring from the release of their debut album Youth is Only Ever Fun in Retrospect, are to headline the bash, an honour previously bestowed on esteemed graduates like The xx, Peace and Mystery Jets.

Ably propping them up are Amber Run and The Growlers, while Honeyblood, Louis Berry and Pinegrove perform elsewhere. Further down the bill, highlights come in the form of Willie J Healey, Low Island and Ardyn. For the full announcement, see the poster below.

Now in its 13th year, Dot-To-Dot has given a strong platform to huge names like Florence and the Machine, Caribou and Foals. Taking over the city centre for a day of indie-leaning rock, the festival will be hosted holistically by venues like Thekla, The Exchange and The Fleece.
