Amazing deals at the Volunteer Tavern this February

Posted on: 02 Feb 2017

One of Bristol’s favourite pubs is putting on some amazing deals throughout February to help chase those winter blues away! The Volunteer Tavern is an independent bar and kitchen located close to Cabot Circus in the centre of the City. The award-winning pub has been putting smiles on the faces of Bristolians for a while now and with some of these deals, it’s easy to see why!

Some amazing deals and atmosphere at The Volunteer Tavern in Bristol

Until the end of February they are going to spoil you with some cheap pints (£3 a pint on selected ales). They will be serving out some delicious meats and vegan eat to keep your belly full. You can even go down and pat a dog or two. I mean, honestly, what more could you want?

On top of this they still provide people with their classic deals. Mondays host the famous curry evening, which dishes out homemade Curry and a drink for just £5 between 6-9pm. Tuesdays are the amazing Two for One night. Buy one homemade burger and get another for free. 12pm - 3pm and 6-9pm. Friday is for all the Fish and Chips lovers out there. Fish and Chips plus a pint for only £10.50! They also serve one of the best Sunday Roasts that the city has to offer.

Just one of the great deals at The Volunteer Tavern

If you a member of the real ale and cider organisations CAMRA or BRA or a student you will also benefit from a 10% discount including the regular beer, cider and food festivals. I mean, they really are a little too good to us, aren’t they?

They also believe that pubs should be inclusive, happy to host anyone who is happy to behave well. A by-product of this school of thought is to not politicise the place, so as not to ostricise those with other beliefs. They have said in the past that they wish to include everyone in the community and that there anybody in the city that isn’t welcome. A real touch of class from the guys and a great thing to see in the city.

A relaxing atmosphere for everyone in the city!
