The snow queen of Broadway will reprise her many revered roles for a night of music at Colston Hall on June 14th, a date which comes as part of a mammoth world tour.

Idina Menzel

Ask anyone to name the quintessential modern Broadway performer and every time you will be returned the answer ‘Idina Menzel’. The singer has carved out an enormous reputation for herself on the back of myriad iconic roles that have seen her labelled ‘the Streisand of her generation’.

The list of characters portrayed by Idina reads like a who’s who of musical theatre heritage, giving genre-defining performances as both Maureen in Rent and Elphaba in Wicked!, the latter of which won her a Tony Award. More recently, she gave voice to the Snow Queen Elsa in the worldwide phenomenon Frozen, with its Oscar-winning song ‘Let It Go’ which has sold over 10 million copies worldwide.

Expect her to deliver songs from each of these productions during her show at Colston Hall on June 14th, which comes as the first in a run of dates on the UK leg of the world tour supporting her fifth studio album idina..

Tickets for the show go on sale on February 3rd. For more information visit Colston Hall’s website.
