Long Ashton Golf Club revamp driving range and welcome new members

Long Ashton Golf Club's driving range has been upgraded and is one of the very best facilities in the region. The course and club already have a reputation of one of the South West's very best and the home of many successful golfers.

A new performance, teaching and club fitting studio will be installed at their driving range. The studio will be the home of the GC2 launch monitor used for teaching and club gapping and members will be able to use the length of the range or indoors. The timings for floodlit use have recently been extended to 8:30pm Mon - Fri in anticipation of members new year resolutions on working on improving their game!

 

Long Ashton is the home course of Ryder Cup team member Chris Wood. He honed his skills there and is now a regular fixture in the top 50 of the world rankings. It's also home to Bethan Popel, one of the country's leading amateur female golfers and with the world at her feet.
