Bristol Mini Acoustic Music Festival on Thursday 12th and Friday 13th January 2017

Posted on: 10 Jan 2017

Brush away some of those January blues with an electrifying line-up of first-class acoustic acts performing at the Bristol Mini Acoustic Music Festival on Thursday 12th and Friday 13th January 2017.

With the regular Bristol Acoustic Music Festival run by Jelli records taking a break this year, the mini festival will instead step in to take its place at legendary music hotspots The Thunderbolt and The Louisiana, so the city's fans need not panic about being deprived of their annual acoustic fix.

The double-bill of acoustic sessions spread over two evenings kicks off on Thursday 12th January at The Thunderbolt whose line-up will include Phoenix River Band, Moody Will and The Roll, original funk and soul Bristol-based band With Nell and I, and acoustic guitarist John Ross.

The Thunderbolt, Bristol

Friday 13th's set at The Louisiana will see the boards treaded by funk, rock and dance ensemble Funkinsteins, local singer/songwriter Sylvia Daley, and jazz, blues and gypsy folk trio Ruby Two Shoes.

Tickets costs £7 per night or £12 for both nights and can be purchased from Bristol Ticket Shop www.bristolticketshop.co.uk. Doors open at 7.30pm with music starting from 8pm on both nights.

The Louisiana, Bristol

Two nights of acoustic excellence at two of Bristol's most iconic music venues. Can't go wrong really, can you? For more information head to the Facebook Event.
