Shura to Play Bristol Trinity

Shura is well on the way to pop stardom. Check in on her ascendancy with her gig at Bristol Trinity on Tuesday 6th December, one of a series of four UK shows.

Shura

Sure enough, Alexandra Lilah Denton has made good on the promise exhibited in her early hype-inducing singles, releasing her debut album as Shura, Nothing’s Real, to critical and commercial success.

Crafting a credibly wistful blend of pop music, she has garnered both mainstream success and the respect of the underground, with tracks from the LP receiving reworks from DJs like Lindstrøm and Four Tet.

And now her touring schedule is beginning to reflect this acclaim, with her return to the South West coming just over a year and a hectic festival season after her last Bristol gig. She will play to the Trinity Centre, a refurbished church in Easton which boasts an unholy sound-system and a visitor's book full of some of the finest names in popular music.
