The Rummer Hotel in Bristol is notorious for some of the best dinning experiences the city has to offer and their latest project is something everyone will love! The Dining Room menus called "The Pickle & Liquor Project" (with stunning drinks flights) are available now, but book your table soon as the Rummer is all about seasonal, fresh food and will be moving on to a new dining menu soon!

The Rummer are a very fiercely independent bar and restaurant with a passion for quality and a love of local produce. Their multi award-winning kitchen serves traditional British dishes, and Sunday roasts. They have a growing reputation for embracing the unusual, and regularly feature dishes on the menu like squirrel and pickled periwinkles. There is no A La Carte menu at The Rummer, and guests are encouraged to choose from one of three 5 course menus or a 7 course menu, and you can clearly see why.

 

Their cocktail bar boasts the best and largest spirit collection in the region and their cocktail bartenders are ranked among the best in the country. They have been at the vanguard of Bristol’s cocktail scene, and continue to innovate and impress the cocktails crowd in the city.
