Set close to the beating heart of the city, the restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine - pre or post-evening out.
Don’t just take our word for it though: with a near-perfect Trip Advisor rating and a recent nomination for the British Curry Awards, it seems the word is out on the hottest eats in town.
Whilst the menu is packed with all the traditional curry-house classics, they are prepared and served in a more authentic and thoughtful way than usual – this really isn’t anything like the drab offerings from the local takeaway on a Friday night.
One taste of their famous Garlic Chicken Tikka starter and you’ll understand what all the fuss is about. Most people will have their favourite Indian restaurant already; such is the hit-and-miss nature of this cuisine, but we promise that Urban Tandoor will not only better your current choice but also surpass even your highest expectations.
