Buy a Lush Charity Pot to help Keep Bristol Warm - 1st and 2nd October 2016
Posted on: 29 Sep 2016Keep Bristol Warm have teamed up with the guys at Lush for a two-day event on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd October 2016. You can purchase a special hand and body lotion 'Charity Pot', with all proceeds going directly to KBW as they continue to help Bristol's homeless. There will also be a drop-off point for much needed items.
Keep Bristol warm is a community initiative providing solidarity and relief donations to Bristol's street sleepers and night shelters. The work done by Gavyn Emery and the rest of the KBW team borders on astounding. They seek to raise awareness of the issues surrounding homelessness in our city alongside raising donations of useful items that are then donated to local shelters, charities and directly to people in need. Thanks to Lush, and you, the Bristol public, they will now be able to expand their reach and help even more people in need.
There will also be a drop-off point for much-needed items. These include things like socks, hats, gloves, sanitary items, travel size toothpaste and travel size was products. All items are very gratefully received and will make a real difference to a fellow Bristol resident.
