The English National Baroque Ensemble will perform a concert of sublime and enchanting compositions by some of the period's finest composers this Saturday 3 September at St George's Hall in Bristol.

Combining players from BBC Now, The London Philharmonic, BBC Symphony and English Chamber Orchestra, the ensemble returns for its annual concert of ravishing and remarkable concertos from the Baroque's golden age.

The programme will include 17th and 18th century musical classics by the likes of Handel, Marcello, Zelenka, Dittesdorf and, of the course, the ultimate giant and bastion of the Baroque, JS Bach.

Having already established itself on the UK musical touring circuit and with its concerts at St George's always proving immensely popular, this Saturday's event will be another dazzling performance by a first-class group of much-loved Baroque masterpieces.

The concert - which starts at 7.30pm - is being held in support of the Elephant Family Charity and The Royal Air Forces.

Tickets are £15 (£12 concession) and can be purchased here.
