Celebrate Bristol Beer Week at The Green Man

Housed in a Grade II listed building, The Green Man in Bristol is an out-of-the-way Dawkins Ales venue located in the middle of Kingsdown with all the warm, comforting charm of a country pub. The homely, welcoming ambience created by the wood panel decor is also enhanced by the quirky additions of cool, kitsch memorabilia dotted around the place including film posters and stacks of board games such as Cluedo and Operation.

This great, cosy venue is a real gem that offers everything you want in a pub. It’s dog friendly, has free WiFi, always plays great music, the drinks are incredible and the food is quite literally 5-Star – check out our Food Review and Sunday Roast Review. The food really is excellent and you can't miss their Burger Bible...with 36 options!

The Green Man is located at: 21 Alfred Place, Bristol, BS2 8HD. Find out more at their Facebook and Twitter pages.

There's plenty going on during Bristol Beer Week. It's a great event run by volunteers and now is set to host its fourth annual event. Its aim is to celebrate the wonderful people at the core of the Bristol beer scene, home to some of the country's most lauded small breweries and independent establishments.
